If you dont know what WSOP stands for, its short for World Series of Poker and yes there is a world series for this. As we all know poker has grown tremendously through these past few years and I know for damn sure a lot of you play. (holla at me if u wanna get a game crackin). Any way tonight was the final table for the Main event and after going through close to 8,000 players one comes out as the victor. His name is Peter Eastgate a 22 year young Danish Poker pro. As Smokey from friday would say "You got knocked the fuck out!!!" well thats not exactly what happend on saturday with the fight against the famous street fighter Kimbo Slice and not a really big name in the MMA scene Seth Petruzelli. Everyone knew Kimbo was the heavy heavy favorite but the way this fight turned out it took longer for Kimbo to walk to the ring then the actually fight. Passed away September 1, 2008 in San Pedro. He was born February 15, 1985 in the Philippines and was a 21 year resident of San Pedro. He is survived by his parents, Danilo V. and Thelma Decano Eslava; brothers, Danilo Joseph "Danjo", Danilo Nino and Philip Christopher Eslava; his sisters, Thedda Ann, Thedda Cleo, Marylou and Christine Eslava; his girl friend, Michelle Hoang; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

All our love and prayers go out to the Eslava family and all our friends.
Balong was a stand up guy, our beloved son, brother, cousin, boyfriend and friend. I'm lucky I had the chance to meet him. Now that he's left I've witnessed true love, support, and prayers from everyone that's he's touched and it's honestly brought a little more peace into my own life.
Rest peacefully Balong, and please continue to watch over us and keep us strong.

But I think the real leaders are China just because of the simple fact they have 13 gold medals compared to our 7. South Korea is in 3rd place with 12 total. Dog Meat Off the Menu During Beijing Olympics

BEIJING -- Canine cuisine is being sent to the doghouse during next month's Beijing Olympic Games.
Dog meat has been struck from the menus of officially designated Olympic restaurants, and Beijing tourism officials are telling other outlets to discourage consumers from ordering dishes made from dogs, the official Xinhua News Agency reported Friday.

Waiters and waitresses should "patiently" suggest other options to diners who order dog, it said, quoting city tourism bureau Vice Director Xiong Yumei.

Dog, known in Chinese as "xiangrou," or "fragrant meat," is eaten by some Chinese for its purported health-giving qualities.

Beijing isn't the first Olympic host to slap a ban on the dish.

South Korea banned dog meat during the 1988 Seoul Olympics by invoking a law prohibiting the sale of "foods deemed unsightly." After the Olympics, the ban was not strictly enforced.

Dog meat is also eaten in some other Asian countries, including Vietnam, the Philippines and Laos.

After six months of rigourous training and relentless insults, Aaron Delrosario is back from the Navy. He's here on a short vacation before being sent to Hawaii to serve his remaining tenure. He came to the shop to say "hi" and tell us how he's been. We're all glad that he's doing well and that he is happy to proudly serve this country. Thank you for all you've done Aaron; we're all grateful for all you've done for this country. We hope you continue to succeed and we pray that you remain safe and healthy.

After a little catching up, i asked him if he wanted to help us out by modeling our new Freshjive. He declined at first, but after i wrestled him to the floor and put him in an armbar, he gave in. I accomplished one of my 54,465 goals in life: wrestle a navy seaman to submission.

Once again, to see all of our colors and styles you've got to come by the shop! ...its kind of fun keeping people at the edge of their seats.

With that said, we here are happpy to announce that The Hundreds 2008 Summer Line has finally arrived. Ben and Bobby Hundreds never let their many fans and followers down and have proven to do so once again for the upcoming Summer season. What else can i say? "The Hundreds is Huge."

A cool breeze is blowing by outside, the skies are blue, and the sun is beating down at a comfortable 82 degrees. What better day could anyone ask for? Well, i suppose its the perfect day to stop by the store because we had non-stop visitors today.

Anaheim Police Arrest 3 Robbery Suspects

So I got this phone call around 6 from my homey Josh and he was like "guess what?"
I said "What?" He says he went to the bank to take out some money and this lady was like "I don't think it's a good time to deposit money?" Josh looked around the bank and thought to himself...What the fuck are all these people doing on the ground? Then he heard "Who the fuck are you?" Josh was like oh shit, and sat his ass down on the floor. As the robbers did what they had to do Josh scooted toward the door and ran his ass out of there. he got in the car called me first I think and went along with the rest of his night. I asked him why didnt he call the police and he was like ehhh... I'm glad he's ok and that everyone else is. I didn't believe him at first so I did some online sleuthing and found this. It's a little story of what happened that night just for the non-believers out there. If you want to meet this one of a kind guy just come to the shop he's always there so he can tell you the story of how he cheated death. haha. Holla

ANAHEIM, Calif. (CBS) ― Anaheim police arrested three men who are suspected of robbing a Wachovia bank branch Wednesday afternoon and fleeing on a freeway. Officers then bumped the suspects' car in slow traffic to make the arrests, police said.

The men entered the bank, which is located in he 1100 block of North State College Boulevard, just after 4:45 p.m., but displayed no weapons, according to Anaheim police Sgt. Rick Martinez.

They fled in an older blue Oldsmobile Cutlass, Martinez said.

Officers went to the branch and others fanned out looking for the vehicle. It was then spotted by an undercover officer driving west on the Artesia (91) Freeway and called for backup units.

Traffic was moving slowly, and when the vehicle got near Beach Boulevard, one patrol unit intentionally struck the side of the Cutlass to stop it. Two men ran out, one running off the freeway and the other dodging through the cars on the road, Martinez said.

Both suspects were caught as was the third man who hid in the car, causing police to have to break out the back window to get him, Martinez said.

The men are being held until witnesses can identify them. The three are expected to be taken to the Anaheim Detention Center for booking, Martinez said.

The freeway was closed for about a half-hour during the police action, Martinez said.
